Let the music set the pace
Setting a scene that focuses mainly on her hands brings attention to the grace that is effortlessly employed when cooking. The music, in turn, reflects the pace at which she carries herself throughout the process.
Depicting the process of cooking the traditional Okinawan dessert—sata andagi—allowed me to preserve a moment that I've always looked forward to when I visit my grandma's house.
